The Nottinghamshire Football Association is seeking to appoint an Independent Chair to lead the Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG). The role will report to the Chair of the Board of Directors.  

It is anticipated that the person appointed will have a passionate interest in football but will also have experience in the following key areas:

a)  A good working knowledge of key legislation around inclusion and diversity
b)  Working with diverse groups and individuals who have different ethnicity and cultural backgrounds
c)  Promoting inclusion and diversity as part of a group
d)  Effective Chairing of committees/groups 
e)  Excellent interpersonal skills 
f)  The ability to debate, discuss and challenge in a constructive manner
g)  Identify key trends and issues that may help to promote the game through inclusion and diversity interventions
h)  Successful networking of internal and external partners
i)  Strategic skills

The successful applicant will be expected to lead IAG meetings on a quarterly basis, working closely with Nottinghamshire FA Executive and staff and attend Board Meetings as required.
